My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. They gave away my room without any notice, and I faced a lot of trouble with communication regarding my reservation. However, the location is excellent, close to various restaurants and amenities, and the staff did try to help in some capacities. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to deal with significant issues.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the location was excellent and made it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and cafes, my experience was marred by some frustrations. I had a mixed experience at Zona G. The location near great dining options is a major plus, and the cleanliness of the hotel added to the charm. However, noise from the bar next door and some issues with my room dampened the overall stay. The value for money was decent, but the experience could have been better without the distractions.
